Join your CEMO peers for an afternoon of peer-to-peer learning and networking. This year’s CEMO Leadership Forum agenda will include:

  • Following a brief welcome our lunch program will address the topics of innovation, entrepreneurship, and finding solutions to thorny problems.
  • After lunch, Matt Johnson of Integrated Governance Solutions, will be joined by, Michael Barbouche, CEO of Forward Health Group, to address the role of data-driven decision-making and the critical importance of benchmarking your internal processes and your external environment.
  • To wrap up the day, we’ll reflect on what’s working for CEMOs in addressing workforce challenges and gain insight from LeadingAge Gold Partners about key industry and market trends relevant to multisite organizations.
