CEMO Leadership Forum

CEMO Leadership Forum

Designed specifically for LeadingAge provider members who are CEOs of multisite organizations, this year’s CEMO Leadership Forum program addresses ethical questions to consider as we explore the future of our field in response to COVID-19. Attendees will hear from acclaimed ethicist Michael Gillette and, with the help of our Gold partners, will examine ethical dilemmas in small groups before participating in Annual Meeting XP sessions. Attendees reconvene at the end of the day for a unique wine tasting event, generously made possible by our Gold partner Unidine Lifestyles. NOTE: Detailed schedule listed below.

Dr. Michael Gillette is an ethics expert who has presented numerous keynotes and workshops nationally and internationally for over 25 years. Additionally, he contracts with dozens of healthcare organizations and other agencies to provide ethics case consultations and policy work. His energetic and interactive style engages his audiences and helps them think critically about ethical decisions in their work and beyond.
