Registration Login

Attendee (individual) registration: You will login using your my.leadingage.org email and password. Simply click on your registration record link in your confirmation email to return to an existing record. If you need help, please email [email protected] or call 1-864-208-0400.

Attendee group registration: You will create an event login with a password. Use this login and password to return to your record or simply click on your registration record link in your confirmation email. If you need help, please email [email protected] or call 1-864-208-0400.

Exhibitor registration: You will login using your company name and password. Use this login and password to return to your record or simply click on your registration record link in your confirmation email. If you need help, please email [email protected] or call 1-864-208-0400.

Registration Questions/Confirmation

Registration Questions? Your registration will be confirmed by email within 3 to 5 business days. Please check your junk and/or spam email folder for confirmation prior to contacting the LeadingAge Registrar. If you do not receive email confirmation or you have other registration questions, please email [email protected] or call 1-864-208-0400.

Registration Payment

We accept MasterCard, VISA or American Express only. Please note, checks are not accepted.

Registration Transfers

We are not able to substitute your registration. If you register and then are unable to attend, you may cancel your registration according to the cancellation schedule noted. 

However, you may transfer payment from your registration to another person if you do so in writing by email to [email protected]. Upon receiving the request, we will ask the new registrant to register and will then transfer payment from the cancelled registrant record. Deadline to transfer payment is Oct. 4, 2021.  

Registration Cancellations

Please send cancellations in writing by e-mail to [email protected] in accordance with the below deadlines.

If you do not receive an acknowledgment within one week of sending your cancellation, please contact the LeadingAge Registrar at [email protected] to verify receipt. After the cancellation deadline, refunds may be considered in the event of extenuating circumstances (please submit in writing). Approved refunds will be processed in the name of the original payer. Credit card refunds will be processed 4-6 weeks after the initial request.

Session/Event Selection

You may select events to add to your schedule when you register. We will send you an email reminder once education sessions are available to select (by mid August) so you can easily add them to your existing registration. We prepare adequate seating in each room for the anticipated attendance so encourage you to choose sessions as soon as possible.

Session Playback Package

Add on the Session Playback Package - a compilation of select session videos that are recorded at Annual Meeting and accessible in December on the LeadingAge Learning Hub post event. Only $199 add-on to any registration category.
