Registration Login

Attendee (individual) registration: You will login using your my.leadingage.org email and password. Please email [email protected] or call 1-844-840-4669 if you have any login questions.

Attendee group registration: You will create an event login with a password. Use this login and password to return to your record or simply click on your registration record link in your confirmation email. If you need help, please email [email protected] or call 1-864-208-0400.

Exhibitor registration: You will login using your company name and password. Use this login and password to return to your record or simply click on your registration record link in your confirmation email. If you need help, please email [email protected] or call 1-864-208-0400.

Registration Questions/Confirmation

Registration Questions? Your registration will be confirmed by email within 3 to 5 business days. Please check your junk and/or spam email folder for confirmation prior to contacting the LeadingAge Registrar. If you do not receive email confirmation or you have other registration questions, please email [email protected] or call 1-864-208-0400.

Registration Payment

We accept MasterCard, VISA or American Express only. Please note, checks are not accepted.

Registration Transfers

You may transfer payment from your registration to another person if you do so in writing by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving the request, we will ask the new registrant to register and will then transfer payment from the former registrant record. Deadline to transfer payment is September 22, 2022.  

Registration Cancellations

Please send cancellations in writing by e-mail to [email protected] in accordance with the below deadlines. Credit card refunds will be processed within 2-3 weeks after the initial request. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 2-3 weeks, please contact the LeadingAge Registrar at [email protected] to verify receipt. 

After the cancellation deadline, cancellations may be considered in the event of approved extenuating circumstances such as a travel ban, illness, etc for LeadingAge provider members, trustees or elders/residents only (extenuating circumstances require documentation and must accompany your request). Please contact us in writing via email to [email protected]

Session/Event Selection

You may select sessions and events to add to your schedule when you register.  We prepare adequate seating based on the anticipated attendance. Note that certain special events and member site visits have capacity limits.
